    • Work remotely with developers, managers, and contractors etc. to finish projects under strict deadlines. This includes a weekly meeting with the CIO to inform and update of the progress of the DW integration.

    • Lead initiative to help standarize and streamline the Ecomm team at Crocs to include extensive Technical documentation, Business user training and overall recommendations based on industry best practice.
    • Oversaw offshore team – this included delegating and overseeing all work as well as managing hours and contract
    • Created training for business users within the CMS
    • Responsible for implementing new task management initiative and training business users on process.
    • Helped re-write life cycle flow of Build and overall development cycle, to further increase efficiency.

    • Had to work with Creative Director to help implement and re-work creative needs
    • Participated in development, production, design, QA, marketing and team meetings weekly to maintain a tight and demanding deadline
    • Built from scratch all Mountain Hardwear and Sorel CSS, HTML and jquery. All front end code on site was developed by me. This includes being directly involved in site mapping, wire framing and mock up creation for future work.
    • Worked closely with other developers to implement and design international ecommerce site.

    • Building out PHP based connection from RightNow to Demandware
    • Write HTML/CSS for back end developers to be inserted into Demandware, all valid W3C valid code.
